We have been informed that the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals has denied our motion requesting a Rehearing en banc on the Degan case. You can review the court order HERE. The DPROA Board met this morning via Zoom to discuss options for moving forward. It is the decision of the board to petition the United States Supreme Court to hear our appeal. We understand that the court hears only a very small number of cases each year, so there is no guarantee that our case will be heard. However, this is our only alternative as we attempt to seek justice and regain what is rightfully ours. I will keep you posted on any new developments.
