The hearing on the amended protective order filed by the Pension Review Board was postponed to 2 p.m. August 14 in the 353rd Judicial District Court in Austin. The court will hear arguments regarding the PRB’s motion for a Protective Order. This motion was filed to prevent our attorneys from deposing Mr. Josh McGee, then Chair of the Texas Pension Review Board. Mr. McGee has since been replaced by Ms. Stephanie Leibe.
The PRB filed their Plea to the Jurisdiction in our Annual Adjustment/Benefit Supplement suit on July 26. You can review the Plea to the Jurisdiction HERE and the Amended Motion for Protective Order HERE.
