We have received notification that on September 17, 2019, the Texas Supreme Court will hear oral arguments regarding the certified questions submitted by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. The DPROA will have representatives there to hear the arguments and report back to our membership. Anyone is welcome to attend.
