Our April DPROA General Membership Meeting will be held at 11 a.m. April 14 at the DPA.
DPROA president James David Elliston issued the following guidelines for the meeting:Covid-19 is still present in our community and a concern to many, but many of our members have received their full dose of vaccine and feel comfortable attending a meeting.
However, in an abundance of caution, we ask that anyone feeling sick, or has tested positive for Covid-19, or has been in contact with someone else who’s tested positive for Covid-19 within the past 14 days, please do not attend. We will continue to limit our attendance to no more than 40 people so there will be sufficient space for everyone to practice social distancing.
In addition, everyone attending must wear a face covering for the duration of the meeting, except when addressing the meeting. To ensure we do not have more people attending than we can safely accommodate, please send an email to [email protected] to reserve your seat. You will receive a reply email confirming your reservation. I hope to see you on April 14, 2021.
